How we get the personal information and why we have it.
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by the following sources :
HM Land Registry
We use the publicly available information in order to contact you with information on the services that we provide.

We do not share this information.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful base we rely upon for processing this information is that of Legitimate Interest.
As Land Consultants we reasonably believe that the services we offer will be of interest and benefit to yourselves as owners of land.
You were identified as the owner of land by the Public Data held by and provided by HM Land Registry.
You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Land Home Limited by any reasonable method, such as by post, telephone or email. No reason or explanantion is required.

How we store your personal information.
Your information is securely stored on an electronic system. This system is protected by passwords and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. The electronic system is located within secure business premises.
We keep any Personal Identifying Data until the data is inaccurate (for example, the contact details of the owners have changed) , incorrect (for example, the ownership of the land changes) or irrelevant (for example, Land Home Limited changes its business and no longer requires this data).
We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our electronic system.

Your data protection rights.
Under data protection law, you have rights including :
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information that you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
